From the 7th of december to the 12th of december Manfred on Tour has hosted in our Coliving in Sojuela the second stage of the small scale partnership we are involved in "Just Grow". We have met again with our colleagues from from Romania (Youth Alma NGO) and Iceland (Reykholar Youth Club) to keep developing non formal education methods for youth in rural areas. 

We have focused on practicing and creating methods within the topic of improvisation and forum theatre. These two methods help to use our body and communication skills to get out very much from our comfort zone and advocate for social changes at the same time. They increase creativity, enhance healthy leisure, social inclusion, friendship and team building. 

We worked in the metholodgy of Augusto Boal to create a 10 minutes representation that was to be showed to youngsters between 11 and 15 years old regarding the concept of bullying. To do so we prepared 4 different scenes to represent a daily injustice that occurs in many schools to invite the very public to interfere and improve the story. 

Exploring different feelings and expressions represents a key part of this dynamic on which the concept of flowing instead of constantly overthinking as we do often in life plays a fundamental role. 

Connection with nature, visits to good practices and the exchange of experiences served to work on a collaborative strategy to improve rural youth action holisticly. Having time also for visits around La Rioja we could show our guests all the insights of our culture too.
